Parisian imports Lisa & Philippe Boet have been personally welcoming guests to Chez Boet since 2003. Their cozy, chic bistro serves market-inspired French classics and dishes handed down through generations. Dishes are hand-crafted and freshly prepared at the time of ordering with locally-sourced ingredients. Chez Boet's intimate ambiance and designer decor is matched by the warm welcome from the on-site owners, with Philippe serving as mixologist, and Lisa commanding the door and the kitchen. The full bar extends to a separate lounge area with sofas and club chairs, perfect for small plates, cocktails and wines by the glass. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open from the main dining room to a covered terrace for outdoor dining with views of the waterside Crayton Cove village. Chez Boet is always at the top of "most romantic" restaurant lists for the privacy of its corner banquettes, yet also welcomes children with a child-friendly menu, and pets on its outdoor terrace. Private parking reserved for Chez Boet guests is at the rear of the restaurant. Dinner parties of eight or more require phone reservations. Lisa and Philippe are also experienced in organizing private parties, in-house or offsite.
Sail + Dine Chez Boet and the Sweet Liberty sailing catamaran are offering a special sunset cruise dinner package for $58 per person. The package includes a two-hour sunset cruise on the Sweet Liberty, a 53-foot sailing catamaran, followed by a two-course dinner at nearby Chez Boet. Advance reservations are required at 239-595-7002. A package for children 12 and under is offered at $23 per child. Groups are welcome to participate.
Chez Boet will serve a traditional holiday dinner on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 26, 2015, beginning at 4 p.m. through 10 p.m. The menu features an all-natural brined turkey breast dinner with four sides, including French green beans, sweet potato puree, chestnut brandy stuffing and cranberry orange relish, for $28.95 per person per plate and $15.95 for children 12 and under, in addition to serving items from the regular menu. From the pastry kitchen, Chez Boet will be featuring freshly baked pecan caramel tartes and pumpkin cheesecake. See the menu!
